FHA Home Loan Approvals with No Credit Score

Neither lack of credit history or a mortgage applicants decision not to use credit will not be used as a basis for rejecting the mortgage loan application. We also recognize that some mortgage applicants may not have an established credit history. If you do not have a credit score you must develop a credit history from a direct service providers including: utility payment records, rental payments, automobile insurance payments, est.  We must document that the providers of non-traditional credit does in fact, exist and verify the credit information.  Documents confirming the existence of a non-traditional credit provider may include a public record from the state, county, or city records, or other means providing a similar level of objective confirmation.  To verify the credit information, we use  published addresses or telephone numbers for those creditors.

• 3 Alternate tradelines 0x30 with 12 month history w/ no Uppaid collections

• Management VOR or 12 months cancelled checks, letter from private landlords will not work

• Max Debt to income ratio 35/45

•  NO collections in past 12 months other than Medical
